Mortgage Brain and LMS announces software integration for sourcing and conveyancing

The initiative, launched today, sees Mortgage Brain becoming the first mortgage sourcing system to be integrated with the innovative LMS conveyancing system.

Users of Mortgage Brain’s Mortgage Broker sourcing, compliance and point-of-sale support system will now have the additional benefit of access to the LMS software and service free of charge. LMS allows users to instruct on line, check costs, and receive automatic updates on each transaction’s progress.

In addition Mortgage Brain users will receive a fee of £100 for every conveyancing instruction completed by LMS and additionally, for a limited period, direct users will also receive a refund against their Mortgage Brain subscription.

Andy Knee, Managing Director of LMS, is very excited about the new initiative: “The integration of our proven systems and technology with those of Mortgage Brain will enable brokers to provide conveyancing services to their clients at the touch of a button. This will make it easy for them to earn substantial extra revenue for no effort or investment, while at the same time giving their clients a better service - with regular updates on the progress of their conveyancing and the peace of mind that they are being looked after by professionals.

“This is an unbeatable package which will be attractive not only to current broker customers, but also to those who are not yet taking advantage of the LMS system which successfully completes some 300,000 conveyancing transactions a year for intermediaries and leading lenders across the UK.”

Mark Lofthouse, CEO of Mortgage Brain, is also understandably enthusiastic about the new arrangement: “LMS is an ideal partner as we are both leaders and innovators in our respective fields. This initiative offers a win, win, win situation – integration with LMS conveyancing at no charge, an additional fee for each application instructed and completed, and a refund against Mortgage Broker software. This agreement has the potential to deliver greater levels of productivity and profitability for all of our users”.
