* Chris Brown, 35, business development manager for Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. He is married with one child and lives in Leeds. Chris previously worked for the Halifax.
* Nick Aylward, 40, business development manager for the South Coast. He is married with three children and lives in Basingstoke. Nick previously worked for Verso and First National Mortgage company.
* Martese Carton, business development manager for North West and West London, including Harrow, Watford and Luton. She previously worked for Mortgage Express for 6 years and spent the last 18 months as Intermediary Sales Manager for Central London.
* Martin Garfoot, business development manager for the Northern Region, started his career with the Halifax 23 years ago, for the last 16 working in business development.
* David Horsman, 35, business development manager for East and North London and Enfield. Having previously worked for Virgin One and First Active, David joined BM Solutions in March 2002.
