Loanoptions launches broker guide

The indepth guide is designed to dispel adviser 'apprehension' when looking for assistance or to broaden their knowledge of the sector.

“While the majority [of intermediaries] were happy for us to deal with their customers for them and make suitable recommendations, they felt that they needed to better understand the process and methodology better," said Andy Moody, managing director of Loanoptions.co.uk.

"This guide is designed to give intermediaries the right information in a digestible format.”

Loanoptions' website already provides templates for direct mail, posters, leaflets as well as press releases and media advertising, with the new guide adding to this.

Robert Sinclair, director of the Association of Finance Brokers (AFB) said: “In difficult times, it is good to see progressive businesses working together to find solutions that work for the customer.

"Mortgage and loan intermediaries that develop partnerships and alliances by extending their product ranges are more likely to survive. All support that can be provided to deepen offerings is good news.”
