The maximum loan-to-value is 80% and the arrangement fee is £999. This mortgage is only available for house purchase clients through mortgage advisers that are part of Legal & General Partnership Services Ltd (LGPSL), the mortgage network.
Martyn Smith, head of mortgages at Legal & General said: “There are signs of life in the higher LTV market and this is a good example of a competitive rate at those levels. We expect this deal to be popular, especially given that it’s for house purchases, not remortgages.”
