Its underwriting department has also seen Lynne French and Jacqui Taylor promoted to team leader positions.

Bob Young, chief executive of Fleet Mortgages, said: “It’s a pleasure to reward really top performers like Mark, Lynne and Jacqui with these promotions. These new roles, in both the sales and underwriting teams, will help us drive growth, but also ensure our service standards are maintained.

“Mark takes over the new national account manager role and will be charged with taking care of relationships with our growing number of key intermediary partners.

“While both Lynne and Jacqui will take on more responsibility within the underwriting department ensuring we are not just fit for purpose but we maintain our key competitive advantage – namely our service levels.

“It’s highly satisfying to be able to make these promotions internally, something that we intend to do more of as Fleet Mortgages grows.”
