Ethical Mortgage Solutions confirms 100 franchises

EMS officially launched just 16 weeks ago, and Steve Royal comments – “Broker response to EMS has far exceeded our expectations.”

“ We have received to date, approximately 420 broker enquiries, mostly as a result of our heavy mortgage trade advertising. From these initial enquiries approximately 95% have visited our website.” (www.the175.com)

“I have personally spoken to the majority of these brokers to discuss our network proposal and as a result of the discussions over 400 EMS brochures have been sent out and now we have reached 100 areas being signed up out of the available 175.”

EMS was one of the first of the new breed of Principal Status networks to produce details of its proposition. Offering an exclusive post code area, a £1.25 million per annum guaranteed advertising spend (focused on generating non-conforming leads), a full product panel of circa 40 lenders and full compliance support.

Royal expects the national launch to commence next spring, based on having 110 postcode areas fully signed up.

Ron Jehu who will become the EMS broker for the whole Manchester area comments- “We decided to join Ethical Mortgage Solutions because they reflect the way that we believe mortgage business should be conducted. We strongly believe that this is the only way forward for the mortgage markets of the future, and this can only benefit the consumer and enhance the future for our company”

Zia Choudry who will be handling the East London area also comments:

“Joining Ethical Mortgage Solutions means I am able to concentrate on what I do best, selling mortgages. Compliance, marketing and strategic planning is important but should be left to the people who have experience and a five star track record in that area. Under Ethical Mortgage Solutions, I will receive lead generation, compliance support and most of all corporate identity. My clients will now be able to deal with an established nationally branded company while still receiving the personal service that they so rightly deserve”
