Enterprise adds Kensington exclusives

The prime exclusives are available up to 90 per cent LTV and at the following rates;

• 6.89 per cent for a three-year fix
• 6.99 per cent for a two-year fix
• 7.19 per cent for a two-year tracker

Each product has a £1,999 completion fee that can be added to the loan above the maximum LTV.
