Complete to offer franchisee benefits

This means that Complete’s franchises are the first to benefit from the packager’s new facility to view online all procuration fees that are due, in advance of the payments being made - at no extra cost.

This facility will also shortly be rolled out to all brokers that submit cases through Complete, and it is intended to help franchises and brokers manage their cash flows more easily by providing them with forward information.

Complete’s franchises also enjoy earlier payment of their procuration fees, which are now paid on completion rather than on receipt of the lender’s procuration fee. Franchises now receive proc fees within seven days of completion which enables them to pay their own brokers early, giving them a competitive edge in the marketplace.

Franchises will also be able to benefit from Complete’s development work on its website by being able to choose which facilities to offer brokers from their own site This will save franchises the time and cost of developing these facilities independently, and benefit from the firmly established Complete brand name and image.

In addition, franchises will be able to benefit from a new and improved DIP on line facility to be launched shortly. The new DIP system means data keyed in by the broker goes directly into Complete’s back-office system. DIP responses are then sent by email and can also be tracked online. Brokers can then submit the full application electronically by accessing the original data and adding in the extra information needed to complete the form without the need to re-key.
