  • Opportunities in commercial lending for the broker.
Daniel Nwaokolo, Mortgage Business Expo London show director, commented:

“Mortgage Business Expo is delighted to announce the CML seminar programme for this year’s London show. The programme itself covers a number of key issues on the intermediary agenda including a focus on the ongoing changes confronting the specialist lending sector plus industry experts outlining the opportunities for advisers in the overseas mortgage, self-cert, sub-prime, buy-to-let and commercial lending sectors.

“The first day of Expo, 14th November, will also feature a key note address on the TCF issues and 2008 deadlines facing intermediaries and advisers from the Head of the TCF team at the FSA, Nausicaa Delfas.

“These are changing times for those involved in the mortgage and property finance markets and the range of seminars on offer will provide delegates with a raft of information on ongoing developments and how to get the most out of the opportunities available.

“Mortgage Business Expo London will again be offering a vast range of information, exhibitors, seminars and business opportunities for delegates. Those who register to attend also have the opportunity to set up meetings with exhibitors through our Appointment Making System or simply catch up with friends and colleagues with our ‘Meet at the Bar’ facility. Intermediaries and advisers should register now for free entry and find all they need to know under one roof at Earl’s Court 2.”

Sue Anderson, head of member and external relations at the CML, said: “The CML is proud to be involved once again with Mortgage Business Expo London. The free seminar programme is packed with expert information that delegates will be able to take away and use immediately, adding even more value to their day in London. Whether you’re interested primarily in FSA-regulated lending, commercial, buy-to-let, or even overseas mortgages, there is something for everyone.”
