CHL enhances site

The site enhancements include:

  • An enhanced BDM search facility to allow intermediaries to locate their regional BDM.
  • A ‘Media Centre’ containing all CHL’s news announcements to market plus details on press contacts.
  • A brand new ‘Customer’ section to the site including details on CHL’s products and services, a ‘Find a Broker’ service and a Q&A section with answers to frequently asked questions.
  • Enhancements to the way brokers and customers can contact CHL for both general enquiries and existing customers.
  • A section devoted to working for CHL including job opportunities and ‘how to apply’.
The website continues to offer full product details for both CHL’s buy-to-let, self-certification and full-status ranges plus a buy-to-let calculator. Intermediaries can also continue to use CHL’s online application system, @chl.

Bob Young, managing director of CHL Mortgages, commented: “In delivering these new enhancements to the CHL Mortgages website we wanted to maintain the user-friendliness of the site and add a significant amount of new information for both our broker partners and our customers.

“As an intermediary-only lender we have used the site to improve our ongoing communications to intermediaries with more information on our product range and services. We also want to keep them in close contact with our sales team and have therefore introduced the BDM search plus we now provide all the latest CHL news and developments through our news archive and Media Centre. We have also introduced a brand new area for our customers which includes a search facility for them to find a broker in their local area.
