With HIPs already causing market uncertainty, I fear that a change in leader will have serious repercussions for the housing market, and the wider economy, with a period of to-ing and fro-ing.

With supposed divisions in the Labour party over HIPs, and the Conservative Party making a concerted effort to improve their position ready for the next general election, I am worried about what the future could bring.
