Capricorn, which has been anAR of Openwork since2006, is one of the network’s fastest growing mortgage practices.
The firm currently has 32 advisers working across four London offices and is seeking to expand to 60 advisers triple its mortgage completions from £1bn to £3bn by 2016.
The agreement follows Openwork’s announcement earlier this month that it will offer a dedicated mortgage service for high net worth clients via Capricorn Private Clients, the mortgage broker's large loan team.
