Available from Friday 27 February, the highlight of the new range is a market-leading five-year fix with a rate of just 4.24% up to 60% LTV, and an arrangement fee of £999.
Britannia's range continues to offer borrowers a choice of rates and arrangement fees, including a choice of fee-free deals for those who want to minimise the upfront costs, based on the loan-to-value required.
Tim Franklin, managing director of member business at Britannia said; "There is so much uncertainty around interest rates, but borrowers choosing one of these fixed-rate deals will have the peace of mind that, whatever happens, their rates will stay the same for up to five years."
Britannia is also offering some great rates for existing borrowers looking for a new deal, with rates for a one-year fixed-rate starting at just 3.99%.
