Avoiding an ‘us versus them’ mentality

I know they operate as businesses and their main task is to get a healthy return, but in this time of turmoil couldn’t lenders be doing more?

Hiking up prices when there is less business out there means that they are still capitalising but show no signs of wanting to engage with brokers on how best to serve borrowers’ needs.

I think the current crisis could spark a real ‘us versus them’ divide in the industry.
