Abbey will begin to offer the deals from Monday 13 November.
The proposition from Abbey will offer intermediaries the following BTL features:
* Maximum loan-to-value (LTV) of 85 per cent for loans up to £1 million per property
* 120 per cent minimum rental cover
* No booking fee, free valuation and £250 cashback available for both purchase and remortgage clients on selected products
* Direct access to specialist underwriters to discuss your clients' cases
* Unlimited number of properties up to a maximum portfolio of £5 million.

* 2-year tracker currently 4.89%
* 3-year tracker currently 4.99%
* 3-year fixed rate at 5.14%
* 2-year fixed rate at 5.19%
* Lifetime tracker currently 5.64%.
