Appointments expected to bolster support for brokers
Specialist lender OSB Group has announced two senior management promotions to strengthen support to intermediaries.
Emily Hollands (pictured left) has been promoted from head of specialist finance to the newly formed role of head of distribution.
In her new role, Hollands will be responsible for developing OSB’s distribution network, including corporate accounts and specialist distributors. She will continue reporting to Adrian Moloney, group intermediary director, and work alongside Simon Cockerill, group head of intermediary sales development.
High-net-worth client manager Marc Callaghan (right in picture) has also been promoted and will take over Hollands’ previous role. He has over 20 years of experience across buy-to-let, bridging. and commercial.
“I’ve had the pleasure of working with Emily and Marc for a number of years and they have both proven to be outstanding professionals with the ability and drive to consistently deliver results so I have no doubts they will continue to be successful in their new roles,” Moloney stated in a post announcing the promotions.
“Emily’s new role will help strengthen our key intermediary networks which remains a firm business focus, while Marc’s expertise and experience will be invaluable for our bridging and commercial partnerships.”
The promotions come into effect from April 1, 2023.
Earlier this week, the group – which includes mortgage lending brands Precise Mortgages, Kent Reliance for Intermediaries, and InterBay – reported a 13% increase in pre-tax profit, primarily due to growth in its loan book, an improved net interest margin, and net fair value gains on financial instruments.
