Tesco Bank has opened its full range of remortgage products to customers looking to move from the Help to Buy scheme in England and Waleswhoare looking to repay the loan.
The move comes as the Help to Buy scheme reaches its fifth year and a number of borrowers will be looking to switch their mortgage provider.
Help to Buy borrowers can also benefit from Tesco Bank’s new range of cashback remortgage products, including the £1000 cashback range and capital raising of up to 95%.
Julian Hartley, director of mortgages, savings and loans said: “As we reach the five year anniversary of Help to Buy, many borrowers are reaching the end of their interest free period.
