SortRefer completes first series ofclientguides for broker use

Online conveyancing platform SortRefer has completed its final client guide of the current set of titles, as part of its growing marketing toolbox for brokers.

The 31 guides are available free to every adviser who makes use of the SortRefer platform to access a panel conveyancing firm.

The most recent guides include topics such selling a house checklist, buying new build property, Help to Buy ISA, Help to Buy equity Loan, Help to Buy shared ownership, right to buy and lifetime ISAs.

Emma Daley, head of marketing, said: “We have been adding to the guides over the past few months and the feedback we have had has been 100% positive from introducers.

“We wanted to create a body of educational material with which brokers could enhance the service they offer their customers.

“They are available in a series of colours to match a broker’s brand and have been very popular.

“Our aim is to expand the titles and already we have had suggestions from introducers for future topics.

“In the meantime, the feedback we have received tells us that there is a need for well researched and topical guides for consumers that brokers can make available to customers and we are delighted by their response.”
