TotallyMoney rated destinations based on average property price, temperature, the number of rainfall days, English proficiency, the daily number of flights, the average flight cost, the number of amenities (bars, nightlife, restaurant, shopping, entertainment) and whether there are beaches.
Other locations rated highly were Lanzarote in Spain, Corfu in Greece, Cork in Ireland and Florida in the USA.
