Metro Bank has appointed AndyPiggottas director of lending products, reporting to the bank’s chief commercial officer, Paul Riseborough.
Metro Bank has appointed AndyPiggottas director of lending products, reporting to the bank’s chief commercial officer, Paul Riseborough.
Responsible for overseeing the bank’s mortgages and unsecured lending products, including loans and credit cards, he has over 12 years of retail banking experience.
Riseborough said:“I’m delighted to welcome Andy to the team at such an exciting time for us.
“As our mortgage business continues to go from strength-to-strength, I know Andy’s strong financial services experience coupled with his ability to think outside the box, will enhance our offering still further.”
Joining from TSB, Piggott spent two years as head of personal current accounts, managing the bank’s 4.5 million current account customers, before being appointed as head of cards.
He began his career as a strategy consultant, moving to Lloyds Banking Group in 2006, where he occupied a number of positions, including head of personal current account sales.
