Bridgewater forum, next stop Cheltenham

The next Forum takes place on Friday 27th November in Cheltenham at Rickerbys LLP Solicitors offices, Ellenborough House, Wellington Street, Cheltenham, GL50 1YD.

The Forum begins at 9am and runs to 11am with all attendees provided with breakfast.

Bridgewater’s regular forums are aimed at those advisers and intermediaries who are either involved in the equity release sector or looking to provide services in this area. The Forum provides an informal outlet for local advisers to discuss and debate the current market and the opportunities available. Bridgewater representatives host the event and are able to provide a range of information and tangible support to those that attend.

Places at the Cheltenham Forum are strictly limited and those advisers wishing to register or enquire about the event should phone Alison Stephenson on 0191-269 5982 or e-mail: [email protected]

Bridgewater will continue to conduct Breakfast Forums throughout 2010. Those intermediaries and advisers who would like a Forum in their local area should also contact Alison Stephenson.

Bridgewater Equity Release has recently been shortlisted in the Equity Release Awards ‘Best Provider – Home Reversions’ category.

Alison Beeston, Compliance and Communications Manager at Bridgewater Equity Release, commented: “We are delighted to be back on the road visiting Cheltenham for the latest Bridgewater Breakfast forum meeting. As always, this is a very interesting time for the overall equity release sector with a number of providers leaving the market due to funding pressures. That said equity release still provides a strong opportunity for those advisers willing to provide specialist, professional advice in this area. The Bridgewater forum is a perfect opportunity for those advisers contemplating getting involved in equity release to informally liaise with experts and adviser colleagues to get the lowdown on the sector and how to get the most out of it. Feedback from these events is always overwhelmingly positive and advisers welcome the opportunity to share their ideas and experiences of working in equity release. This will be the last event for 2009 so we would be delighted to see the South West adviser and intermediary community at the Cheltenham meeting; places are limited so please book your space as soon as possible.”
