BM Solutions revamps BTL range

The new rates include a two year fixed product at 4.49%, available to 60% LTV, a product fee of £995. Another two year fixed option at 5.75% has a product fee of £995, is available to 75% LTV. Both deals are available when taking BM Conveyancing and provide £500 cashback.

The products include:

• Rates starting from 2.75%
• Fee choices, including low flat fees and percentage fees
• Cashback
• Rates up to 0.15% lower for customers using BM Conveyancing
