Morris joins the company from the Lloyds Banking Group, where he spent the past six years managing a wide array of regions for several intermediaries within the LBS Group.
He was named the top performing BDM in London in both 2009 and 2010.
Duncan Kreeger, chairman of West One Loans, said: “Demand for bridging loans is increasing rapidly – according to our projections gross lending will hit £1.5bn by the close of the year. With high street revenues drying up, bridging loans are becoming an increasingly vital source of business for brokers.
"Keir’s appointment reflects our growth potential and appetite to attract even more business. He will play an integral role in developing new broker relationships and cementing our existing ones.”

Morris will join current business development manager Jason Fantini who was appointed in August 2011.
