Previously the firm arranged sub-prime residential mortgages but shifted its focus after the credit crisis hit in 2007.

“There is very little remaining of the traditional residential mortgage packaging model, with only a handful of lenders operating in this market at very restricted levels.

“We look forward to continuing to build on existing relationships with introducers and lending partners as Vantage Finance.”
