LendInvest has launched a new website to help intermediaries understand their product range.
Short-term property finance providerLendInvest has launched intermediaries.lendinvest.com - a new website designed exclusively for mortgage intermediaries.
The new site delivers information about LendInvest’s products and servicesincludinginterest rates,maximum and minimum loan sizes,maximum loan-to-value andmaximum loan-to-gross development value and loan-to-cost ratio (for development finance).
The site also provides an easy-to-read eligibility checklist, detailing exactly on what and to whom LendInvest will and will not lend.
Matthew Tooth, head of distribution at LendInvest, said: “At LendInvest we are focused on building and incorporating sensible online tools which improve the application process for all parties. This new website is a perfect example of that. Our website makes life easier for mortgage intermediaries, giving them everything they need in the format they want it, in order to do business with us.”
Further online tools will be added to the intermediary site in the coming months.
