A client of Fincorp has purchased a property for refurbishment - literally in sight of the Fincorp office in London’s plush St John’s Wood.
Nigel Alexander, director, said: “An existing client of ours purchased a residential property a stone’s throw from our offices. With a bridging loan of £2.4m he is now looking to refurbish the property , selling it for upwards of £5m.”
Nigel added: “For over twenty years Fincorp has specialised in residential loans in London and the South-East.
“We are committed to providing a personal and local service to our clients and will not compromise on that commitment by doing deals further afield.
“But the proximity of this deal has brought a whole new meaning to our claim of personal service. Everything could be hand-delivered!”
