Tonya Todd is a national leader in the affordable housing industry. She was responsible for forming an exclusive partnership with Down Payment Resource, the nation’s only web-based aggregator of homebuyer assistance programs. She created a proprietary program that serves teachers, firefighters, police officers and other public employees, and received approval for more than 150 affordable housing programs to assist low- to moderate-income first-time homebuyers. She also developed a new affinity lending product to help distinguish Mountain West Financial and attract new homebuyers while providing discounts and better pricing to local employers.
A thought leader in the mortgage world, Todd has contributed to various industry publications and has been a member of MPA’s Elite Women and National Mortgage Professional’s 40 Under 40 lists. She is also a member of the California MBA and the California Association of Mortgage Professionals.
