Weems is a member of the National Association of Professional Women and serves as vice president of the Greater Baton Rouge Mortgage Lenders, where she has sat on the board of directors for three years. She is also a long-time member of the Greater Baton Rouge Board of Realtors and volunteers as an instructor for real estate agents.
