Ryan Smuts has been part of the lending sector since 2014, when he began with KPM as a lending underwriter. Over the years, he has learnt lending policies amidst a changing market, and assisted in developing internal processes to ensure applications are handled in a streamlined fashion regardless of the nature of the deal. In mid-2017, he transitioned into a newly established KPM position as a key account manager, becoming an accredited mortgage adviser for existing clients.
