The execs will lead the company’s sales, HR, and marketing divisions
Total Expert has tapped Steve Sovik, Deanna Swanson, and Peggy McGillis to lead the company’s sales, people operation, and marketing teams, respectively.
With more than 28 years of experience in tech software sales, Sovik joined Total Expert as chief revenue officer. The new CRO will run field sales operations, as well as focus on customer success.
In addition, the fintech firm appointed Swanson as vice president of people operations. She will direct human-resources operations, including managing hiring processes, culture development, and employee growth across the entire company.
McGillis will serve as senior vice president of marketing. In this role, she will oversee the marketing team and continue building the Total Expert brand. McGillis has more than two decades of experience in the technology and B2B industries.
