NetMore America Appoints Forward Thinking Mortgage Industry Leader Lisa Schreiber As Chief Strategy Officer

NetMore America, Inc (NetMore), a next generation mortgage leader building a sustainable national platform through responsible lending, announced today the addition of Lisa Schreiber to it's executive management team as the Company's new Chief Strategy Officer.

In this position, Lisa will be responsible for defining and implementing the Company's vision and strategy. Lisa joins NetMore with more than 22 years of mortgage industry experience, most recently as founder of LSK Consultants.

Previously, she was Executive Vice President of American Brokers Conduit (ABC), where Lisa led the vision and implementation of the platform that drove ABC to become the fastest growing, one of the most respected, and a top ten ranked wholesale mortgage lender. During Lisa?s tenure, ABC's annual production grew to over $33 billion at the end of 2006 from just $1.9 billion in 2002.

In addition, ABC enjoyed a 95% employee retention rate and delivered the industry's #1 ranking in customer service according to an independent third party study. Prior to ABC, Lisa was Regional Vice President at Bank of America Mortgage, where she grew the Southeast into a top tier region in volume, profitability and quality of performance.

NetMore started building their platform in 2006 and officially launched in October of 2007 when they funded their first loan. Today, NetMore has about 150 employees and is originating loans through both wholesale and retail channels. The Company production volume is expanding rapidly and is now averaging $50 million per month in closed loans (80% wholesale and 20% retail) with a current product mix of 40% FHA and 60% agency loans.
