Miami Region September Home Sales

by 08 Nov 2010
Miami-area September home sales rose slightly above a year ago to the highest level in four years as condo demand remained robust and buyers took advantage of lower prices and super-low mortgage rates. Overall sales were still more than 30 percent below average, however, and a variety of home price measures continued to point downward, with the region?s median sale price dropping 17 percent year-over-year, a real estate information service reported.

It would great if RMLS posted the auatcl number of homes on the market with the inventory'. If sales drop off big time in December due to the rush to buy to beat the $8K credit the inventory' might spike which might give the impression that lots of folks just put their homes on the market in December when auatclly sales dropped. Does that sound confusing?!

Should CFPB have more supervision over credit agencies?
