Mortgage lender loanDepot has announced the appointment of John Bianchi to its leadership team as executive vice president for national sales. Bianchi joined the company from Caliber Home Loans, where he as EVP for national retail lending.

As EVP for national sales, Bianchi will partner with executive leaders and teams across companies, channels, and verticals to cultivate and enhance market presence, develop differentiated products and services, and create market penetration strategies. He will report to Dan Hanson, chief production officer at loanDepot, and will have oversight responsibility for more than 1,000 employees and 100,000 customers.

Bianchi brings almost three decades of experience leading nationally-recognized sales organizations and in inspiring high performance customer-centric sales cultures.
