Inlanta Mortgage has been granted agency approval by Freddie Mac, the company announced.

Freddie Mac-approved lenders can help borrowers get better access to financing and lower housing housing costs.

“At a time when the quality of loans being originated is magnified, we were confident that Inlanta had the tools to not only meet the Freddie Mac requirements, but also has the technical expertise of our staff to provide the best experience for the consumer,” said Inlanta Chief Operating Officer Jean Badciong.  “We are looking forward to expanding on the opportunities to serve our originators and customers by leveraging the additional benefits the approval provides to Inlanta.”

Gaining agency approval means the company can broaden the products and services it offers to consumers.

“These agency approvals are much more difficult to obtain today, so it speaks to the confidence and quality of the Inlanta platform,” Badciong said.

Inlanta is also an approved lender for Fannie Mae, the Federal Housing Administration, Veterans Administration and the USDA.
