GSF adds new Texas branch manager

GSF Mortgage has welcomed a new branch manager to oversee operations in Conroe, Texas.

Jennis “Kay” Harvill comes to GSF with a background in real estate. She’s also a national lender affiliate for the Homes for Heroes program, which assists veterans with home ownership and financing.

Prior to becoming a real estate agent in 1996, Harvill spent 15 years working for American Airlines opening Admirals Clubs. She obtained her real estate license after taking an early retirement from the airline because she wanted to stay in sales, she said.

“I am always just as excited as my customers are. A new home is always a new adventure for them,” Harvill said.

“Kay brings not only experience but energy and enthusiasm to GSF Mortgage,” said Mike Maida, national sales director for GSF. “She has knowledge of many of the programs that we offer, including VA and FHA One Time Close Construction loans, which makes her an ideal model-match. We are excited to help her grow within her community. She is a welcomed addition to our family.”
