Experience 1, Inc. Names Eric D. Swenson Chairman of the Board

IRVINE, Calif. — May 1, 2012 — Experience 1, Inc., holding company for Advantage Title, Inc. and Title365, Inc., leading nationwide providers of title insurance and escrow services , today announced that Eric D. Swenson has become the Company’s Chairman of the Board.  Swenson’s appointment brings the Company seasoned leadership by one of the nation’s most experienced real estate, title insurance, and mortgage industry executives.  


During his recent tenure as Co-Chief Operating Officer of Lender Processing Services, Inc. (LPS-NYSE), a multi-billion dollar technology and services provider to the Mortgage industry, Swenson led the Company’s Origination, Default and Mortgage Information and Data businesses, including its title insurance operations, before retiring in 2011.  Prior to that, Swenson held the position of Executive Vice President of Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. (FIS:  NYSE), and Division President of the Mortgage Information and Outsourcing Businesses.  Swenson was instrumental in the substantial growth of both companies, achieved through organic growth, targeted acquisitions and the development of specialized mortgage industry products and services.  Experience 1, Inc. Swenson’s professional experience covers a span of more than three decades and a wide array of businesses from entrepreneurial successes with start-up companies to prominent real estate and mortgage industry positions.  He joined Fidelity National Financial (FNF-NYSE) in March of 2000 when FNF purchased Chicago Title Insurance Company where Swenson was EVP of the Southern California Region.  During his tenure at FNF, Swenson held several executive positions including President and COO of FNIS (NASDAQ), and Director of Financial Service Solutions, Inc., a 50/50 Joint Venture between FNF and Bank of America.   “After a prolonged period of decline, the industry is showing signs of renewal and restoration,” said Swenson.  “I am excited to be returning to the industry now.  It is at this point in the economic cycle that new, innovative companies emerge.  Without the burden of legacy
