Churchill Mortgage hires industry veteran for loan officer development

Churchill Mortgage has hired industry veteran Tim Broadhurst to inspire its lending team as senior vice president of loan officer development.

He joins the firm which provides conventional, FHA, VA and USDA residential mortgages across 46 states, with 25 years of proven experience leading national sales efforts, loan officer training and development and borrower engagement strategies.

“The mortgage industry is undergoing a significant change as technology impacts the way our employees do business and interact with our borrowers each and every day,” said Lawson Hardwick, VP of Onboarding and Expansion for Churchill Mortgage. “Tim is already leading by example by adopting all of the sales and technological tools Churchill provides its Home Loan Specialists to enhance his production in Texas, California and Colorado.”

Broadhurst also becomes the firm’s senior home loan specialist with a proven track record as one of the nation’s top producers.
