Jay Promisco will oversee more than a hundred branches in the company’s retail network

Sierra Pacific Mortgage appoints SVP of retail lending
Jay Promisco has joined Sierra Pacific Mortgage as senior vice president of retail lending.

Promisco will oversee the company’s retail network of more than 100 branches and more than 500 team members. He will have oversight of the strategic direction, business development, and market expansion in the retail platform. Promisco will be based out of the company’s Folsom, Calif., office.

Promisco has more than 17 years of financial industry experience. He was most recently the executive vice president of joint ventures for Stearns Lending. His experience as a leader in retail mortgage includes business leadership, builder business, portfolio retention, operations, compliance, and capital markets, as well as creating onboarding programs and recruiting platforms, overseeing technology implementations, and running joint ventures.
