BOK Financial Mortgage appoints loan servicing director

Lee Wardlow has joined BOK Financial Mortgage to lead the company’s loan-servicing business.

In his new role, Wardlow will lead all mortgage-servicing functions including servicing, non-performing servicing, servicing administration, and cash and investor accounting. He will be based in Dallas.

The mortgage veteran brings more than 25 years of mortgage-servicing industry experience to the role. Most recently, he served 15 years in a mortgage-servicing leadership role at Bank of America in Dallas. Prior to that role, Wardlow developed subservicing for various industry participants. He has also had experience in leading mortgage-servicing operations, subservicing, servicing transfers, strategic portfolio management, and transaction management.

“Lee has a strong history of leading multiple servicing streams like ours while ensuring quality for clients is met,” BOK Financial Mortgage President Glenn Brunker said. “His demonstrated leadership for some of the country’s largest mortgage companies makes him an excellent addition to our team, and I’m eager to watch him apply his extensive industry expertise for continued growth of the bank.”

BOK Financial Mortgage said its servicing arm topped $23.1 billion in 2018, which represents 144,000 customers across the US.
