360 Mortgage group welcomed an old friend back to the fold recently when Gino Berchock rejoined the company as its new Southeast regional sales manager.
Berchock will focus on attracting new sales executives and expanding 360 Mortgage Group’s footprint in the region, focusing on Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina.
“We are thrilled to have Gino rejoin our sales leadership team to help support and expand 360 Mortgage Group’s mortgage broker network in the Southeast market,” said Mark Greco, president and founder of 360 Mortgage Group. “Gino has a proven track record of building and leading highly effective sales teams and his proven extensive background and knowledge will drive expansion across this important region by providing mortgage brokers with superior technology, service, products and pricing.”
Berchock, who has more than 20 years of sales and management experience, was 360 Mortgage Group’s Southeast regional sales manager previously, before holding the same position with Pacific Union Financial. He’s held several regional sales and managerial positions at Clearpoint Funding, Countrywide, SunTrust Bank, Cedent Mortgage and Sovereign Bank, as well as serving as a branch manager and vice president at Sovereign Bank/Philadelphia Mortgage Corp.
“No originator is as close to the customer as is a mortgage broker, and 2014 will be the year where mortgage broker relevance reemerges and broker-originated mortgage loans reclaim a meaningful market share,” said Al Crisanty, 360 Mortgage Group vice president and national wholesale director. “Investing in highly-qualified sales leaders like Gino, who can recruit, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals, will help our customers engage more borrowers enabling them to increase their production volume and market share.”
