Applied Business Software, developer of The Mortgage Office and The Loan Office servicing software, has announced the hiring of industry veteran Edward Kim to the company’s national sales office.

Kim has spent 15 years working in sales at Fortune 500 companies, according to a news release. At ABS, Kim will focus on growing the presence of the company’s Loan Office software.

“I am looking forward to joining this group of amazing software developers and loan servicing industry leaders,” Kim said. “I strongly believe The Loan Office software serves as a great resource to small private lenders and nonprofits, as it automates their back-office operations. Our system will help our customers be more efficient and profitable, and therefore grow their businesses.”

“Edward is a great addition to our sales department,” said Jerry Delgado, president and co-founder of ABS. “His key role in the expansion of The Loan Office comes at a time where our business is booming and our company is reaching unprecedented high sales volume. We are thrilled to have him on board to continue the positioning of The Loan Office software as yet another industry leader.”
