    Chris--you are very right! To go further, a LO must know what that brand is and who they are. Why do people want to work with them? Is it because of their personality--their expertise in taxes--their persistence with communication--what? How many brands do you see that do not have a clear idea who they are or what they offer? Right--not very many. They are either out of business or they are not memorable. If a service professional does not know what their brand is, how can they expect their clients to know?

    2 true, Mike. And the flip side is, you ABSOLUTELY know the brands that do know who they are and what they do, because they're memorable and you probably give them your business.
