Originations will continue to grow in 2015 – but with rates headed toward 5% next year, now is a good time for borrowers to refinance, according to an industry expert

    Rates going up blah blah blah..we will see rates closer to 3% on a 30-year fixed conventional before they get close to 5%. The wheels are coming off the Central Banks funny money wagon. Watch the 10 year, it is heading to sub 1.5% and maybe even lower in the next 6 months. 2015 will be a tremendous year for originators!

    Really MPA? Another "economist" that has a 50/50 chance of being correct. It takes a 2 minute Google search to
    find this same type of article posted by somebody else last year with some other brilliant "economist". Don't risk your credibility with this nonsense. Com' guys are smarter than this.
