    We can do non-qualified loans. We don't require full income documentation but we will assess the ability to repay the loan via bank statements both business and or personnel. We also do not have a FICO score requirement. Foreclosures and BKs one day old are OK. We look at the whole story. It's responsible lending with a common sense approach.
