We are direct private money lenders in Calif. We specialize in commercial property. 1st and 2nd position. 55% LTV. Equity in the property is 99% of underwriting. Usually we don't need an appraisal, nor financials, nor credit. Same day approval or decline possible. Based on our real estate valuation.
