Just sign up with US Bank. They have 90% deals with no MI. Rates aren't pretty but they get the job done. All these other companies would be table-funding the loan thru them.
I have programs that allow for either 90% percent one loan with either monthly paid MI or LPMI as well as an 80% conventional first, no MI with a second up to 9.99% and would avoid MI. the best option as mentioned previously is a 80/9.9 option. I have a bank TCF that we use often for this program. I have two of them going right now. Can go up to $150K on the second. Great part of this is you can keep the 1st under the $417K limit and eliminate the need for MI.
