    Please forward the Building's 'real' Income and Expense and most recent Financial Statements, Lease(s), Appraisal and reason why your current FI won't renew. Any Environmental concerns? Are the Shareholders Solvent?

    I have a national investor who will do this loan? That assumes the business financials are in order etc.
