From 2014 to 2015, Minkow increased his loan volume by more than $127 million, closing more than 1,000 loans in 2015. As a result, he was ranked second nationally for Most Loans Closed and Top Dollar Volume for 2015 in Scotsman Guide. Minkow started his home finance career in 1998 and joined Prospect Mortgage in 2009 after spending nine years with Washington Mutual.
