Since founding Parkside Lending in 2004, Matthew Ostrander has grown the company into a national wholesale and correspondent platform. Last year, under Ostrander’s leadership, Parkside introduced a new non-QM product designed exclusively for investment properties, began offering FHA programs, and launched a new corporate brand and website. In addition to his duties at Parkside, Ostrander serves on the board of directors of the California Mortgage Bankers Association and the Freddie Mac Advisory Board.
