Regional manager, Northern California
After working in escrow and seeing how many people had a terrible time buying a home, Brandi Heath-Anderson believed she could change the experience for the better by getting into the mortgage industry. As Academy Mortgage’s regional manager for Northern California, Heath-Anderson has led the region’s remarkable 33% growth in purchase volume over the past few years. Her year-over-year success has earned Heath-Anderson Academy’s President’s Club honor for production for the past five years.
“My proudest accomplishment professionally has been watching Academy Mortgage’s tremendous growth in Northern California over the past several years,” she says. “I have an amazing team, and it has been phenomenal to see the fruits of our labor, growing from one budding branch to a regionally recognized, multi-branch lender in full bloom. As our company has grown, I have grown as a leader, and most importantly, as a coach and mentor.”
Heath-Anderson is also a member of Academy’s new product development committee and credit policy committee, as well as a member of the National Association of Professional Women. Last September, she participated in Academy’s Service Expedition to Amaru, Peru, where she was involved with building a much-needed reservoir for the village and a production center for a community of artisan weavers.
